Well done means rare, quick means slow and customer service means customer blame…read more Come in for a quick lunch along with my sister and my pregnant wife. My sister orders the roast beef salad and my wife and I have the burger with sweet potato fries. My wife being pregnant orders hers well done and without bacon, chili dressing and onions. No problem so far since the girl at the register is very accommodating, friendly and professional. We sit outside and it doesn't take too long before my sister gets her salad while my wife and I are left waiting. Since this was supposed to be a quick lunch, my sister starts without us. She not only has time to finish but also has to leave before we even get our food. After she leaves, it takes another 10 to 15 minutes for us to get our burgers. They looked delicious! I take a bite and notice it was a little on the rare side but I kinda like it. My wife who ordered hers well done is more cautious and cuts into hers; it is medium rare at best. I take her burger inside to fix the problem and the friendly girl at the register apologizes and takes it back to the kitchen. I come out to my wife and give her my fries so she doesn't just have to watch me finish my burger while she waits again. Second bite in I notice that they left out the dressing in my burger too so I go in and get some on the side. I finish my burger and my wife finishes my fries before the second attempt comes out. The nice girl from the register comes out with my wife's food and says they made her new fries as well (I would hope so after an additional 15 minute wait). We lift the bun and quickly realize that it's not a new burger but rather the same burger with the same cheese and the original cut into it that they just heated up more... more but not enough since part of the bun was red from raw meat and part of the burger still was pink. We give up and bring it in again along with our feedback and get to talk to the chef who listens, apologizes and gives us money back for my wife's burger although without a sufficient explanation as to why so many things went wrong. All was well.. well, well-ish until what I assume is the owner comes out to give her explanation. The problem according to her wasn't the long wait, the missing dressing, the undercooked meat or even the recycled hamburger after the first send-back. The problem was that they even took our order since we had special requests. The solution she presented was that she now had informed the staff not to take special orders without onions or even meat cooked to order. She didn't spell it out but made it clear that the blame was somewhere between us as patrons and the helpful girl at the register who tried to accommodate our order. When I proceed to ask what pregnant women should do since they are advised not to eat undercooked meat she suggested that they could just order something else without being able to provide examples of pregnancy safe alternatives from their menu. Conclusion: Pretty good burgers if you like them rare, with onions and don't mind the wait. If you are pregnant, have allergies or other food restrictions you're probably better off playing Russian Roulette and if you want to eat with the people you arrive with you might want to consider another establishment.

I was able to order on the computer with the English option and chose a halloumi burger meal with a side of fries and a chocolate shake. They have awesome meatless/dairy free/egg free options. I got my burger with egg-less mayo and my girlfriend got the vegan blueberry shake with her meatless crispy chicken sandwich. I was so satisfied with such an inexpensive, quick, meat-free meal.
