Daisy Nails came highly recommended by local residents. The place is clean and bright. This is a fairly standard nail salon with all of the services you would expect. The prices are also consistent with most other places. I brought a companion along for pedicures. I give this place 4 stars because we called a few days in advance to schedule an appointment. We showed up on time but sat for a bit waiting for a technician. My companion waited an additional twenty minutes before they received services. Called ahead and scheduled my pedi. Great communication over the phone. When I walked in I was greeted quickly and I was seated in a massage chair for my pedicure. The salon smells so fresh and not super toxic from nail fumes, refreshing! A basic pedi is just $35 and you can customize for any spa experience you want for additional prices. The ladies and gentlemen working carry on friendly conversation if you want to chat and they listened to anything I needed for my nails. Very professional, relaxing and high class feel. I called for a last minute appointment right before 6pm. Scott said I could come in. I was very thankful for the appointment. I came in Vanna the owners wife got me the stuff to soak of my current nails. Vanna said A few words. I had been getting my nails done in Springfield Mo, but I said if I could get a Friday appointment I would switch here. Vanna proceeded to call me a "flaky person" and chew me out over missing 2 appointments TWO years ago or more. 1appointment I called and said I wouldn't be there and 1 I totally just forgot. I am human And I'm sure I'm not the only person to ever do this. there was a lot of other people in there and she said this infront of everyone very loudly. She also came and did the persons nails beside me saying that she didn't have to be nice to anyone she didn't want to be nice to because she's hit the right age. she kept that conversation going for about 5 minutes. She was not saying my name but clearly bad mouthing me. I sat there very quietly the rest of the time. I was absolutely embarrasse. The guy Who did my nails I did not get his name, but he did an amazing job! Scott is very nice as usual. one mean rude person can ruin it all. I was a paying customer. I will never be back. Anyone who can crap talk their own customer, blast them and call them flakey will not get my business ever again. read more

I've been here before but this will be my last time. I took my daughter and mother in law to get our nails done this afternoon, the appointment was made almost 3 weeks ago. For starters Scott acted very disgruntled throughout my visit. The leopard design is sloppy on my left hand. I did not get a chance to tell him because he got up while my hand was under the curing light and never came back. He didn't lotion my hands or anything. He and Vanna then painted my daughters finger nails and toe nails while I waited in the chair. Vanna spoke to my daughter rudely about liking the color on her nails (my daughter is 7 years old). I guess she didn't like the color but didn't say anything until Vanna asked her again. She then told her she didn't like the color. Vanna said very rudely "why didn't you tell me you didn't like the color". I could tell my daughter was uncomfortable so I walked over and assured her it was fine and Vanna brought back a new color which was nice of her. My mother in law had a good experience so that's why they'll get 2 stars from me. I believe they should work on customer service. The establishment is clean it's a shame they have such bad attitudes. read more
