I subsequently had two phone calls with Billig's. They maintain the flowers were at the church. I said no and that I was unhappy with the outcome. They promised two return calls. I got no return call. At no time did Billlig's say they were sorry about my displeasure. At no time did Billig's offer a solution or compromise.
