Located in the historic Lace District, it's only appropriate that Debbie also sells artworks featuring old lace patterns salvaged from a former local factory. There's many other artsy, cool and interesting shops & restaurants to be found close by in the 'hood so it's worth making an afternoon of it. Truly delightful!

At the front of the store is stationary and cards, a little further back are toys, even further back is jewelry and wedding sorts of gifts, and then to the left of the jewelry are random gifts, many with a British theme. Coffee mugs and tea towels for the Diamond Jubilee, bunting with the British Flag, just lots of very cute items for others or even just for yourself. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.

It also has a nistory of Nottingham display which we did not see due to a lack of time. Hopefully we'll go back another day to see the rest. The ground floor also houses the Sherwood Forester's Regimental museum (reviewed seperately) The musem is large and spacious and has a coffee shop and gift shop on the ground floor. This is access for the disabled, and all floors have stairs and lift access.

There are a couple of galleries, which always have interesting stuff in, although the prices make me run away usually! At Christmas, they have the prettiest, largest Christmas tree in Nottingham, towering up at the cross point of the arcade. It really is worth a visit in December, and I make a point of using the arcade as a cut through - it also gets you out of the wind and rain for a few minutes!
