I have to follow up with the person I was sending it to to be advised it had arrived. Both these parcels were sent to South Australia. Each given 8-12 business days (read 10-18 calendar days - nearly 3 weeks!!). Extra small parcel. Takes 5 calendar days to get to Adelaide. Then nothing, no tracking expect handed to local contact. Had to chase and chase for both and both were late and last the 12 business days. They are using Fasttrack couriers once it gets to the capital location and only have to read their appalling reviews to see why this is not working. Tried to contact and provide feedback to Mailman and crickets, so can only infer from that their care factor equates to that of the sub-contractors they use - i.e. a big fat ZERO!
