Went thru the drive thru and there was one car in front of me. I waited for at least 15 minutes and this was a little bit before 5 and they were not busy. I pulled up to the window and there were about 5-6 people just standing around. They saw me at the window and finally someone came to the window. I could see they were all just standing around and still hadn't made my 2 peanut busters. I asked if there was an issue because there were a lot of people standing around goofing off. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were in the middle of a shift change. "I'm sorry but people should still be working at shift change". Just want to give a compliment to this DQ. The staff were all genuinely friendly, and the place is clean. I can tell they spend time training staff to clean inside and I appreciate this so much. Ordered a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. It had huge clumps of questionable items. Hubby ordered a twist( chocolate and vanilla swirl) dipped in butterscotch and received a vanilla dipped in butterscotch. WTF? Can the employees not pay attention? They weren't even busy! This location used to be a lot better a couple years ago. I understand that they mostly employ high schoolers, and that they're learning, but over the last year they've really dropped the ball. They don't answer the drive-thru, they mess up orders, and they skimp you on your order and don't fill the cup up all the way. I hope the owners and or the managers can come up with a more comprehensive training program so when they get new kids they can learn the right way the first time . read more

If you pick a chain restaurant, you figure you'll know what to expect when ordering. I have visited this location a few times and been disappointed each time. It is usually sloppy and missing things. This time I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait and a M&M blizzard. The blizzard was dripping ice cream down the side of the cup and the Parfait only had hot fudge on one side. Whenever I come here I have to tell them that I have a Peanut allergy (so ya know I don't die) but every once and a while I come here and when I tell the girl I have an allergy, she rolls her eyes an grunts as if it's not her job to make ice cream or some shit. The kids working here are sweet & we go all the time for blizzards which are awesome, the only thing that would make this place any better is the full DQ menu with the chicken strip baskets etc, the sandwiches here are ok but the hot dogs/chili are usually pretty gross.. I know it would be worth having a full menu during the lunch hour at least as there's not much of anything decent as far fast food goes in this town besides sonic & Taco Bell & most all the high school kids get fast food for lunch read more

Extremely rude female, self identified herself as the manager (and conveniently wore no name tag ti avoid identification). We've been a very loyal customer since movung to town, going about once a week or so an routinely ordering the same thing... tonight they not only refused to make our order the claimed it contaminated their mixing machine! If you did you job and cleaned the machune YOUR indredients would never cause contamination! Furthermore, the manager wabted to argue! And I had to repeated (3 times exactly) deman my money returned! I am sure virtually everyone has heard of Dairy Queen so I will not go into food detail, although I was quite unhappy with the Windsor dairy queen. My husband and I had a dq coupon so we stopped by one afternoon. However, when we were paying they would not accept the coupon since "the location was new". If dq was not a national brand I would have understood, although we thought it was pretty lame that they would not accept our coupon, especially when they saw us holding it. read more
