He also kept making comments saying of course it's melted, the fudge is hot etc. He came back with the item remade and said "i used a different chocolate. The original chocolate was hot." Lady taking orders couldn't comprehend anything. We even pulled up to the front window to explain what we wanted and she shut the window on us. Gave us blizzards that we didn't want and completely messed it up. She seemed very impatient with us also. Just ate at this DQ location and I'll not be back. The meat party in the burger was tasteless and luke warm and looked like it had been cooked a looonnnggg time ago and was "holding" in a tray and then when a burger was ordered, placed in the burger. No amount of pepper could give it any flavor. The ketchup bottle had the peel off protective cap still on the bottle and when I peeled it off, ketchup shot all over my pants. I took it back and the guy gave it to me said: "it's okay, it is black but it not bad yet! and all banana are like that, wtf. I don't blame him, all of their banana are like that and they hope to sell them all in that condition. I demand my money back and he said: "well, there is new banana, do you want it?" I was so mad and said "NO". The girl took my order just walked away and ignored like she had nothing to do with it and go on to another cashier to take new orders. Wife and I practically lived at this location when we lived in Highlands. This DQ is very fast in the drive thru and the inside is fairly nice and new as well as clean. As you know DQ is known for their dairy treats and the Hamburgers and steak fingers are very good too! Slide by and check it out when in B town! read more

I love Dairy Queen. I grew up in a small, small town where the ONLY place to eat for years was a Dairy Queen. Blizzards are the best invention. Ever. This Dairy Queen is a close stop to a place I visit for work. I try to find a reason to stop here, either for a snack (BLIZZARD!!!) or for a meal. Either way, good stuff, at good prices, and above the typical quality found at other fast food hamburger joints. The inside must have recently renovated, furnishings are above what you'd expect. Granite counters and tables all over. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking. read more

I am forced to rate this business with one star even though it rates a ZERO star. DON'T go here unless you are willing to be subjected to a hostile environment. The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE and the RUDE young man at the window when asked to speak with the manager to address the issue with my order, arrogantly and aggressively stated that he was the manager and furthermore was the owners NEPHEW. I guess that in his mind being the owners nephew condones his rude behavior and complete lack of customer service and understanding of what it takes to make/keep a business successful. I sincerely hope that the franchise owner monitors the reviews posted on this site in order to improve the level of service provided and to ensure that no one else is exposed to such a TERRIBLE customer service experience. This RUDE young man should be provided with sensitivity training and anger management assistance. Showed online they closed at 11 today. Arrived at the drive thru at 10:27 and they didn't say anything to me till right at 10:30 saying they were closed. I work at a restaurant so I get people coming in right before they close but that's ridiculous. I only wanted a drink. read more

This is the worst Dairy Queen I've been to for the ice cram treats! I just moved from CA and this is the closest by my house. I would've never came back after the first time but my husband stops hoping each time we come in it'll be better than our last visit. The building is nice & clean. It's the EMPLOYEES who work here who don't know how to do their job. They are rude at the register and always seem like they hate where they are. The blizzards from here are always so watery, melting and never enough mix of whatever you choose. Just so poorly made and it's just a bummer. I haven't tried the food yet but just sucks when you go to Dairy Queen for ice cream & other cold treats and it's not made with the standard it should hold up to read more

I will NEVER go back to this location!!! And, probably not any location after this visit. Went and ordered 2 unsweet teas and a royal blizzard. The entire order was wrong. We went back, and they fixed the teas, and I asked about the blizzard. I was told that was not what I ordered!! I filled out a form online, and on facebook. I got a message to fill out the form online. I replied saying that I did, and have yet to receive a response. I went on May 4th, and still have never received a response!! This DQ is awful. I noticed there was no drive-through line when I drove up to the menu/order board. So I ordered a hunger buster and a Coke. A foreign accented male voice demanded that I order by NUMBER whatever I wanted. So I dutifully reordered by number--#1 with a Coca-cola, hold the fries. "Ok". No total, no "thank you for your order".... So when I drove around to the window, the obviously international man had no smile, no thank you but as he was handing me my receipt, he demanded that I drive around to the front and wait. When I hesitated, first because it took a second for me to understand what he was saying, not to mention the way it was said, he reiterated with an angry intonation. I once again acquiesced and dutifully did as I was told. Tempted to just drive off, I refused to let them have my money for nothing. I was still the only customer when, 6 mins later, a younger foreign man thrust the bag with my order onto my hand and handed my SMALL drink into my hands, which almost spilled, with no thank you.
