Closed again today. I reviewed this store on 9/29. It hasn't even been a month and they have done it again. I believe it's time for the citizens of Frankfort and Franklin county to boycott this establishment. Why? I have complained to their corporate headquarters consistently for months and apparently nothing has been done. We have plenty of other gas stations in town. This one would not be missed. If their corporate headquarters doesn't care about the lost profits from this store and its employees actions obviously the loss of this station won't hurt their bottom line. The people who live here won't miss the aggravation of driving to this location only to find it closed yet again. I don't have an ounce of sympathy for their employees. This particular gas station is right off the Bluegrass Parkway in Lawrenceburg so it tends to stay busy. There are a few other gas stations around there but the employees at this one are always friendly. I notice it and if I'm anywhere near needing gas, I stop in there each time I'm passing through.

For the pickup, my only problem was finding the pickup spot (it's behind the pharmacy pickup window....on the south wall of the building); the clerk delivered the bags to my car and gave me a receipt clearly denoting what was there and what was out of stock. Good service! Only added cost would have been approx $5 but waived for first few orders. For the delivery, the system sent me status when the picking began, updated on every item not in stock and offered substitutes for my response. Actual delivery was within 15 minutes of my request and very pleasant delivery person. Only added cost was approx $9 for pick and deliver. These are two excellent services and others should try....especially if you're ill, homebound, or if you're trapped in a pandemic!
