The carrier told us he has 2 routes and we need to be patient. We worked with him for a while until the service simply did not improve. We registered a complaint of a missed paper after being told that papers were considered missed if not delivered by 9;00am by LC.Got a bill with $1.75 credit for 7 missed papers. The problem is the bill still was listed at over $45.00 and we paid for copies of the Sunday missed papers at the market at over $2.00. I called to cancel gave up and sent an email asking for confirmation the paper was cancelled. No reply. I need to figure out how to elevate my request for confirmation I am an ex-customer now

They do a great job of listing shows by genre, and have ads for local restaurants, many including coupons. They take on a more People Magazine gossip approach than The Nashville Scene does, so you'll have little snippets of where Taylor Swift was and what bookstore Nicole Kidman visits. They used to have a very detailed pull out every week of apartments in the city, which I thought was very helpful, but they still have classified for you to go through, so that's alright too.
