Bottom line: they are a greedy -family owned lab company who runs their phlebotomy technicians in the ground , mostly they hire people who have sub par standards to which they can manipulate and slave run into the ground, no respect or integrity to be held, a company that constantly changes things as they go, the people there are miserable but won't speak up in fear of losing their income. to effectively run a company you need to take care of your workers, the very people who make the job/mission run smoothly. I did all my physicals properly. We got to the part where I had to pull my pants down and let them touch my privates, I knew the girl who was doing my exam personally, so I told her I didn't want her to do this part. I requested somebody else and she kept on trying to tell me I wasn't gonna get my job if I didn't let her touch me, was being dirty about it and she knows she was able to get somebody else. She just wanted to touch me there and I didn't want her to, someone else finally did it they told me they would be back with the rest of my paperwork and I would be good to go, they then came back inside my room and told me I had to take another drug test due to me having an attitude and I never had an attitude the girl who I didn't let touch my private parts, went and made crap up when I was in there and then is now trying to ruin my job opportunity because she didn't get her way with me, which is the same reason why I literally have issues with her outside of work. I simply said I didn't feel comfortable letting her touch my private parts. She should respect that being in her occupation and if she can't respect that she needs to be fired and maybe the police need to get involved With her.
