Grow Food Beautifully!
Do you want an incredible landscape that is jam-packed with food, herbs, flowers, and more but don't know where to start? I'm on a mission to creatively weave your garden dreams into an enticing design that will nourish your body, soul, and the earth.
Start small with a design consultation (virtual or in-person) or explore my design services and online DIY design course.
Design Consultations (in-person locally and virtually from anywhere): We discuss goals for your outdoor space, the existing conditions, and your edible landscape dreams. I help you create design solutions to fit your needs, which may include: space organization and layout, plant placement, creating a cohesive design, prioritizing projects, adding edible plants, etc.
Edible Landscape Design (local and virtual): All custom designs are tailored to your needs, with your choice of two design packages: Concept Design and Master Plan. No matter which design package you choose, we will begin with a design consultation and work together to create a unique garden design that is perfect for your space and lifestyle.
DIY Design: My Own Edible Landscape is the ultimate step-by-step design course (for non-designers) that walks you through creating your own edible landscape design that makes your neighbors drool and fills your pantry, fridge, and cellar with so much food that you might need to stop grocery shopping every week.

Established in 2012.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Rachel, the designer, gardener, herbalist, mother, and dreamer behind Daily Harvest Designs, LLC.

Meet the Business Owner: Rachel B.
I studied horticulture and landscape design at the University of MN and loved my classes, but felt something was missing. I was creating beautiful outdoor spaces, but I craved something more.
I started a landscape business after college then closed it a couple years later to join the Peace Corps. After nearly two years in Mali, West Africa, I wasn't sure what to do next.
I moved to Portland, OR, completed a Permaculture Design Certificate Course, an Herbal and Botanical Studies program, and lived in an ecovillage. The people around me were making a difference in the world and I was determined to do the same.
I moved back to my home state of Wisconsin and now use my unique combination of ornamental landscape principles, permaculture design training, and passion for medicinal plants to create custom edible landscape designs.
I also created an online course that teaches you how to design your own edible landscape, called My Own Edible Landscape.
