We had coffees that were typical diner coffee and pretty good. We ordered the chorizo burrito, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and the skillets. It was all hot fresh and very good. I will definitely get that burrito again and the hash-browns were so good! Crispy and buttery. We hung out for a little bit catching up (they had slowed down and no one was waiting) and they didn't try to rush us and still gave us great service. I will definitely try this place again while in the area!

I added chicken to the strawberry salad, it was a decent size and everything was fresh, but the dressing wasn't the best and I had to season at the table to bring the flavor out. I also had the unsweetened ice tea which tasted delicious, the drinks area is especially cute with nice glasses and unusual ice chest. The blueberry and cream cheese pie wasn't that nice, although the slightly sweetened cream on the top was delicious and it was the only flavor they had on offer today. J had the grilled cheese sandwich and Tomato Basil soup. That came with only half a sandwich he was still hungry. All in all the aesthetics are great and the service good, but we are unlikely to go back. It did not hit the spot for a $50 lunch.

The boy ordered a salad, and I'm sure someone hand picked the cabbage out of the mix, and the boy absolutely loved it, and ate every bite! We came in because it popped up on best catfish in Wise county. The menu online said all you can eat on Fridays. However, I didn't ask, and if it was an option it wasn't offered, so we were served catfish baskets. When I asked for lemon for my catfish, someone went in the back and cut me an entire lemon and brought it to our table, how sweet! The fries were hand cut and salty, and the tator tots were crispy. The fried squash was the best thing on the table! However, the catfish were two tiny filets, and the tartar sauce was almost straight mayo. It was quiet and peaceful for an early Friday night. 3 STARS
