1 star. Avoid SSS Meng LLC, Cloud Realty Group LLC and S.L.A. Holdings LLC…read more I applied to rent 20571 Priday Ave in Euclid (owned by SSS Meng LLC, managed by Cloud Realty Group LLC). I was approved on the condition of a double security deposit of $2,790. The lease they sent named the wrong owner, included automatic 10% rent increases, allowed entry "without notice," and gave the deposit interest to the landlord, which conflicts with Ohio tenant law (R.C. 5321). Before handing over a double deposit, I checked public records. The Cuyahoga County Treasurer shows $2,670.25 in unpaid property taxes on this house (2024 and 2025), and $4,506.70 unpaid on another of their properties (1145 Rowley Ave). Court records show a 2026 tax foreclosure decree against SSS Meng on a Shaker Heights property (Case CV-25-125554), later paid and dismissed. I sent a polite written addendum asking for basic protections: a refundable deposit returned within 30 days, 24-hour notice for entry, a move-in condition report, repairs for heat, water and plumbing, and the back taxes paid before I moved in so my home and deposit wouldn't be at risk. The next morning, the leasing agent voided my lease, saying they had "decided to go in another direction." In trying to protect myself, I was closed out. In my opinion, that tells you how they do business. Check the county tax records before paying them anything. Avoid.

I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more 1) The unit was never cleaned from the previous tenant. Cabinets were full of food, stains on the floor, etc. 2) The lease was incorrectly written, stating that electric was included at a monthly, flat rate. I moved into a unit with no electricity and still have not received an amended lease agreement. 2) The refrigerator and freezer were broken when I moved into the unit and were not fixed until almost a month later. The landlord refused to provide a working fridge or freezer from another unit. 3) The freezer malfunctioned again and has still not been fixed. It has been over a month and I do not even have an appointment with a date about when they will be fixing the problem. 4) I have spoken with other tenants, who have had to pay their rent into escrow accounts with the city because the management company refuses to fix major appliances or complete repairs.
