I am not at all the stereotypical "energy healing" type, until I had Reiki done about 10 years ago when I lived in Memphis. It was an incredibly relaxing, comfortable and healing experience. Having tried other Reiki treatments, I remained disappointed until I stumbled upon Kate Thomas, new to Harmony Life. Kate has a gift. She's very calming, gentle, kind and understands the various ebbs and flows of energy throughout the body that effect the mind. During stressful times, Reiki (and massage) are my go-to treatments. I was not a believer, and now I am. To have Kate accessable in the Triangle is, in itself, a gift. Her understanding of aromatherapy coupled with Reiki makes the tension melt away, and her calm voice and very comfortable room at Harmony Life just makes all the difference in the world. I've also taken her yoga class and love that it is kept for a small group (or private yoga if I want) and it more focused on mind/body practice and not the "workout" yoga we see in many other places. Extreme kudos to Kate Thomas and Harmony Life.

There are some lights in the waiting room. A sign says to enter quietly and wait to be attended to. I waited for 30 minutes and no one came to see me, I think only one lady works there. I heard them talking in a closed room. I peeked my head around the corner and didn't see any place to go to get to the crystals. I was looking around the lobby and saw a calendar/white board that had some notes on it and there was a message saying that open shopping is only during select hours depending on the day I wish there was some clearer information on when you can get these items. There's no where on the website or Yelp that states this and I tried to call multiple times during the day to get more information before I went and no one picked up. I don't know how their cleansing services and meditation work is but long story short, if you're going for sage, you may be too late

We met with a few therapists and nobody could quite figure out how to help us... Until we met Laura! A good friend of mine recommended her, and she offered us profound insights and teachings that helped us to grow individually and as a couple. Her approach is unique, drawing from a variety of practices including eastern medicine, somatic healing, and talk therapy which she put together in a way that I have since described as outlandish and surprisingly effective. After nearly two years of working with Laura, my husband and I are more connected than we ever expected to feel, we laugh together a lot more, we've done away with patterns that Laura quickly called us out on that were dysfunctional. From a bigger life perspective I've also let go and softened. Laura could tell where we could grow, sometimes in unconventional ways, and our lives are better for it. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to heal or looking for new ways to grow.

Laura has a magical way of knowing what you need and meeting you where you are. She also has a wealth of knowledge across many different disciplines, leading to very rich and insightful sessions every time. Claire was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable during the hypnosis sessions. She gave me some relaxation recordings to listen at home and now after almost three years I stil listen to them and get the same relaxing effect. She helped me to fix my sleeping disorder and in general to bring more peace into my life. I visited her new location and is also very nice. Unfortunately I moved out of state and can't visit Positive Spiral Hypnosis anymore, but I try to stop by when I'm in town. Claire is very compassionate and the energy work she does helps you to lighten up your soul. I am immensely grateful for all she helped me with and for the changes my life has gone though after those sessions.
