You can buy tea bags, desserts, etc. to-go, or sit in-house and drink tea to warm yourself up from the winter cold! My only complaint is that they need to do better with sweetening their drinks. I didn't get a classic tea, rather a chai latte, and like most establishments in Italy that make novelty coffee and tea drinks, it was more like a tall, hot glass of milk than anything reminiscent of chai! I don't understand, is it a frugality measure? Give me more FLAVOR! Haha! In any case, be prepared for underwhelming flavors and ask for honey or sugar for your drink. If you're not a fan of sweet stuff, then this place will be perfect for your tastebuds!
