I have a compromised immune system so…read moreI called the clinic before my routine annual appointment and asked about their COVID19 precautions. They told me they followed the CDC guidelines. I drove 30 minutes to my appointment and wore my mask into the clinic. The receptionist had me put my name on a statement and read this statement asking me about COVID19 and on the statement it had a section to record my temperature on the date of the visit. No one took my temperature. I sat down away from the other patients. I noticed an employee without a mask busily working near the waiting room. Another patient came in without a mask and walked right by me and went to the receptionist and checked in and then put on a mask and sat down near me. I noticed another employee who was sitting at a desk facing the waiting room pull her mask down when she made a phone call. I had been in the clinic about 20 minutes past my appointment time. So I got up and left and do not plan to return. I did not feel safe being in this clinic.

I was a new patient and will never go back and would never refer to him. Horrible attitude esp with new patient...
