Yet again I get a call my package is at Dacota and I can pick it up. I go to get it. The staff has no idea where it is. I get told a driver called me and he is still out but, really she has no idea where it is. The lady gets mad at me because I'm upset that there is no communication in house. Turns out my package was in warehouse. Took someone else to find it. I wish Fedex would not use Dacota as a depot. read more
