The Scallop / Shaved Truffles / House made Noodle dish here was one of the most perfect / complete dishes I have had anywhere (See pics!). The wiener schnitzel is probably among the best and true to style you will find in Germany - guaranteed. The fish dishes, house noodles and seasonal offerings are for me the highlight here. The owners are ridiculously nice and the husband does mostly all of the service himself while his wife cooks (I believe). Honestly, it's perfect service. The owner speaks pretty good English if you do not speak German. Pricey relative to the city of Fulda and the surrounding region but an absolute insane value compared to any bigger metropolitan considering the high quality of ingredients and execution. We drank a bottle of wine that sells for 35-50 euro in a liquor store priced at 50 euro here. read more

It wouldn't seem like the kind of place where you'd have a memorable meal, which is probably the best part. Excellent service and wonderful dinner. Schnitzel is perfect and the batter is so light and crispy. Shrimp and pesto appetizer is great. Lovely wines. Sit outside if you can. read more
