For starters the owner was amazing, we asked what his best food is and what will make us remember da smoky fish truck. We'll he was very confident in everything on the "menu" we decided on lobster rolls and dirty fries. Dirty fries you ask!! Well we did and the explanation was incredible they are what ever is in the fryer!!! Our dish contained bacon, arugula, scallops, fries, shrimp, onion rings, garlic cloves, more seasoning, something else that was delicious not sure what. Also ask him his opinion on gravy it's worth the explanation and shows you this mans passion for his food. Ok now the lobster rolls, yep homemade buns, so much lobster I got to eat half of my better half's and the best cooked lobster we've ever had.
