The place was full when we walked in but they seated us immediately at the only 2 person table left. Service was fast and polite and they even offered us English language menus as they saw me struggling to translate the Italian! Food was hot and beautiful seasoned, I asked the waitress if I could move in. Yes it's hip and there's no art on the walls but the fact it was packed from start to finish says they are doing something right and the something right is the food which speaks for itself. If you find yourself in Treviso then do yourself a favor and search this place out.

It was a little off the beaten track, next to a small canal and a bridge. They had a seafood bolognese set menu with deep fried seafood and veggies for my secondi and a salad for 19€. Seemed a little in the cheap side to be good, the food came so fast that again I didn't think it would be good, but it was great. My kids had the gnocchi in truffle sauce and the carbonara and both were divine! Like I think about them and wish I could go back. My seafood was fresh and tender, the pasta was perfectly cooked and it all just had flavor! The best meal I've had in my trip so far. If you're in Venice, do yourself a favor and try out this very affordable very flavorful restaurant with the nice ambience and super helpful English speaking waiters. For the main course we had a pizza veneta (with salsiccia) and penne arrabiata. Then there was also a delicious sorbet, donated by the house! The food tasted delicious, also the wine, and the friendly staff contributed to a pleasant evening.

There's a bar and indoor seating. It's just off a busy street so there is much traffic noise but it really was a nice setting. If you didn't know by name this place specializes in prosciutto. Aged Italian prosciutto. English menu is available. I chose the weekly special taglioni. Buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto. Green salad with burrata. Staff were very friendly, fast and good English. If you like protein, this is the place for you. The salad with crunchy prosciutto was perhaps slightly underdressed but a wonderful crunchy saltness with fresh greens. The prosciutto was magnificent aged 16 months with an incredible complex flavor. I'm usually a vegetarian and I don't typically eat meat, but I couldn't resist the prosciutto it was really amazing and a huge portion. Share or go with the small. I wish I could find something wrong to balance this out but the meal was flawless. Maybe the traffic noise?
