I had prepped myself to have a light lunch and only get the Beyond the rainbow roll. It was so good, delicious seasoned rice to crab, avocado, and the fish was a perfect temperature to be able to absorb all the umami and butteryness of the fish. That was so good, I had to get a few more nigiri pieces since I was there. Also, Chef Jae was there working. Awesome to see. Chutoro, maguro, scallop (from hokkaido), ikura (from japan and marinated in house, and I learned they do have quail egg, just have to ask), and tamago (made from japanese eggs). Everything was served very well. Service was excellent by the waitress, Wagyu old fashioned made with wagyu fat washed Nikka coffey grain whiskey and japanese sugar hit the spot. Loved the clear ice for the elevated cocktail. Will definitely be back! P.s. I asked and the sushi boxes seen on the food delivery apps are also available if you call the restaurant and order directly or on the website. Less takeout fees.

The light is low and very intimate and the music was good. We order the beef tartare, wagyu gyoza, and Brussels sprouts to start. All were really tasty and we enjoyed them all. My son said it was the best gyoza he's ever eaten. For the next round we ordered the crispy rice with salmon, the soft shell crab roll and some assorted nigiri. We enjoyed those. All were very tasty. We would order every thing again except the crispy rice. The texture and flavor just weren't there for this dish. I thought it was too sweet. Overall, we had a great meal. We'll definitely be back

We stayed in an AirBnB that had a great kitchen, so we wanted to treat our team to a meal one night at the house. We found Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre, contacted them, worked out a menu, and enjoyed the food immensely! From the very start, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre were wonderful to work with. Their communication was always super prompt and professional, and so was their demeanor at the house. They beat me to the location when I was heading back from the expo, and got everything set up and ready to go super quickly. They were so friendly and warm, and played fun music while they were cooking while chatting with our team as they trickled back to the house from the expo. They made us the MOST DELICIOUS meal! We had a toasted bread, cheese, and pear starter, a grilled and roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mashed potatoes for the main course, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was homemade and AMAZING. The team still talks about how delicious and cool the experience was.
