The gentleman that answered was friendly and knowledgeable, so I decided to take my car for to have the tints installed. I had the four main windows done only but they also do front windshield and sun roof as well. They have various different shades as well and different types of materials depending on your needs. Service was excellent. They were very friendly and attentive. I sat inside and watched the whole time. It was pretty cool. They definitely knew what they were doing so it's worth the price ($150). Prices vary depending on the size of the car and the material used. Keep them in mind if you ever need tints!!

I had always taken it to the same place and have always left happy, but I figured I'd try this out for the convenience of not having to take it anywhere else. What a mistake! Pascual did the job in a hurry by his own admission and because of it made several mistakes. He had told me that if anything was wrong to take it back and he'd fix it without a problem, but clearly that was a lie. When I did take it back and told him about the problems he told me that he usually charges $20 extra for this car and that he only gave me the deal because of my salesman and that at this point he'd rather take everything off and give me a refund rather than fix the problems. Reluctantly, I agreed and left my car there so that he could take the tints off. When he finally told me the car was ready hew then told me he was charging me $25 for the removal. I told him that was not what was agreed upon and that I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistakes! I should've had the option before he just charged me because had I known that was his plan, I would've rather had the next person take them off. He made the mistakes and didn't want to fix it & then charged me $25 dollars that I had to get back from my salesperson because he knew I was shafted by this fraud! I WILL NEVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN! I WILL ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME AND WILL BE INFORMING THE DEALER HE WORKS OUT OF AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING DEALERS AS TO MY TREATMENT!

One of the reasons I get my tints done here on all my cars is the lifetime warranty they back. Unfortunately, the owners retired and the new owners who bought from them are not honoring the warranty on tints from the previous owners. I don't know how good a job the new owners/team do, but I am not going to give money to them to do tints on 2 cars, when they won't even honor the warranty on the existing tint I bought from Auto Perfection. My extended family also is taking their lease returns elsewhere. Extremely short-sided of them to lose out on a ton of new business just because they don't want to honor warranty on tints from the previous owners. That's exactly how you destroy a reputation... RIP Auto Perfection, you were good while you lasted. Will miss you.

I got there at 1:30 PM and waited over THREE HOURS, only to then be told it was actually "first come, first serve" -- something never mentioned on the phone. When they finally worked on my car, the employee didn't even read the order correctly and started working on the wrong window, which resulted in my windshield being cracked. Then after installing the new motor, the window controls worked backwards -- pressing down makes it go up and pressing up makes it go down. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the part instead of their installation. To make things worse, Mirka/Mirta was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was understandably upset. Wasted hours of my time, damaged my car, and handled the situation terribly. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.

Over the years they have tinted a few cars for us, they used to have a Kendall location closer to home, but even as the location is further away we decide to stay with someone we know and trust. Adrian was really helpful, did a good job explaining the different material. I didn't know that but now there'a a material that can absorb the UV and heat and is clear, so perfect for the windshield!! In Miami you really need all the help to not get baked inside your car! There are a few chairs inside, with TV and a Keurig machine for tea and coffee. We went to the library down the street for a little while as they worked on our car.

Flash forward to November 2025 and I am cleaning out the glove compartment and found the guarantee that came with that installation. Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!
