I started training with her to address some deficiencies related to an injury, and she immediately created a customized plan that took my limitations into account while protecting me from further harm. Maddie makes every workout enjoyable with her easygoing personality. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing me and encouraging me without ever feeling overbearing. She's incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, anatomy, and movement, and always demonstrates each exercise beforehand so I have a clear visual. What I appreciate most is how attentive she is during each session. Maddie gives real time cues on my form, which not only helps protect my injury but also ensures I'm building strength and muscle correctly. It's not cheap to upgrade everything, but I will tell you that if you're looking for a Jim that's clean and has every piece of equipment that you need. This is a great gym. Not that they can control it, but there were so many people in there that didn't wipe down the machines and weights. It was really frustrating, but it's not a reflection on the facility or the staff. Oddly, they did have some signs in there that I was taken back by, which was like no personal trainers, which I found interesting but again nothing but good things to say about this place. I did try out their black spa and it was just odd because you have to sign in which is different in every location and when you get back there all the lights are on and from all the places that I've been to for Planet Fitness majority of them have their lights off where you can relax. This one is very bright and so you don't get a chance to really relax. You kind of feel like you're on the spotlight. I wasn't initially told that I would be charged $50 for each of us for an annual enrollment charge. I only found out about that when I had a question about billing. I decided to cancel our membership after two months of no use. That was more than a month before the annual fee was due (I was told it would process May 1st) I canceled and received an email confirming the cancelation INCLUDING anyone signed up under me, which I assumed my daughters were. Well, no such thing. Only I was canceled, and today, April 1st, they charged me the annual fee for my daughter's $100 and now claim they weren't signed up under me, but had separate agreements. Apparently "someone " had given me wrong information about the annual fee processing on May 1st and the email i received confirming cancelation was misleading. I find this to be Highly annoying and a total racket. I feel cheated out of $100 and I'm not happy

My first sip of the shake was atrocious! The protein shake I bought was old, expired, & condensed together into one whole blob. Waste of my money & wasn't able to meet my protein goal at the moment. Again not from the area so won't be able to get a refund, money don't fall off the trees. I called and let them know about it. Good luck to everyone trying to purchase a protein shake from there shelfs.

I don't like short cold showers for cold exposure, but I love the cold plunge at Club Fitness Addiction. I was nervous about my first cold plunge, but Sandy coached me through the whole thing and it went very well. Now, I do it about once a week on my own. My body is getting stronger, leaner, and feeling healthier overall, body and mind. Motivation and enjoying the process is key, Sandy really delivers.
