They give you a heart rate monitor to use to track the progress during the class. It is $89 to purchase if you decide to sign up. Class was fun. Good modern music. Pretty loud which I didn't mind. I liked the bathrooms, but don't think 2 is enough for the class size. I liked the post workout showers, but again 2 is not enough. I don't think the day use lockers are large enough if you do plan on bringing stuff to shower. Sales pitch at the end of the class. I didn't sign up. Yet at least. Although they take all of your information (including credit card information) and I got a call to make sure I was coming earlier in the day. I think they will continue to follow up to get me to sign up. Also, I liked that you get an email with your workout summary at the end of the class. Pricing (as of 05/16/2018) $99 for 8 classes/month. $59 for 4 classes/month. $159 for unlimited classes. Pricing is $89 for 8 classes a month and $149 for unlimited classes if you are a St. Luke's Medical Center employee. Make sure you get that discount. Class times can be limiting for some so check the schedule before signing up. There aren't any from 12-4pm I believe during the week. And none after 12pm on the weekends. But they have weekday classes at 5am if that works for you. WiFi is Orange theory guest. Password is: getfitwithorange all one word. No capital letters.

It's Orangetheory Eagle Island!   Your chance to get your first month for just $39 is officially wrapping up! 30-day risk free!" Once I signed up they added more hidden terms that I had to take 12 classes and one additional month would be added to my credit card. Also I can't cancel and get a refund which is what a 30-day risk-free trail is. So instead of it being $39 that I agreed to it was $188. I would not encourage people to sign up for Orangetheory, especially this location. I am new to Orangetheory so I didn't know you had to pay for the heart monitors, another thing they never told me. I would have stayed if they were honest about all of this. On top of all of this they keep sending me automated messages which just make me more mad.

All the coaches are wonderful with excellent music picks, super friendly front desk staff, and all the members make one feel a part of this community. Bonus: the studio is one the same block as Boise Fry Company, Waffle Me Up and other delicious restaurants for a little post-workout celebration, perfectly accessible!

They have very reasonable memberships that worked great for us and our budget. The gym itself is a little on the smaller side, but it still has everything you need for any type of workout you are trying to complete. The gym offers a variety of classes as well (I've still been meaning to check out a yoga class). The one thing I miss about a larger gym is a pool, but I would take this gym over having an over chlorinated pool any day. The staff is very friendly and keeps the gym very clean. Which is appreciated after members crying fat haha. If you're looking for a good gym in southwest Boise, check this place out. You can always treat yourself to a beer post workout at twisted timber too!

The even offer a free 10-day day pass. Just what I wanted and I'm signing up.
