He has done an excellent job. My neighbor is older and had been having difficulty keeping up with the grass and bushes. My grass had gotten too high and I called Scotty's as a last minute emergency situation. He came out the same day, looked over my yard and started mowing the lawn. My front and back looked great that I asked if he could continue to come out. He agreed and I have been happy ever since. Reliable! It's also worth noting that even though I selected perimeter pest control when I signed up for service I got a half dozen emails and phone calls over a two week span asking if I would also like to pay for mosquito and grub worm service.

Early Monday, I received a text and phone call from Ramon's manager that they would not be coming out to give an estimate. Manager convinced me to reschedule for Tuesday after noon. Received a text confirming appointment on Tuesday morning for 1PM. They were then a NO SHOW. WORST experience with a company. Headquarters needs to look into their operation in Sussex County DE.

Than for some reason they didn't come back. I don't know if I didn't pay them enough or my check got lost but if I owe them any money I will gladly pay them. They do a terrific job.
