A…read morenew front door installed but NEW LOOK HOMES forgot to add a letterbox (plus a few other issues) Neil Newman, manager, first 8 emails responded with "get back to you tomorrow" (Tomorrow Man).. the last 10 emails he ignored. Am reading now a few other reviews of similar incidents with this man. Wished reviews had been posed before we used this company. Neil Newman fails in his management skills. Am posting a review to the public NOT TO USE this company as you will be disappointed as many others are. There are professional companies to choose from - New Look Homes is certainly unprofessional... AVOID.
