The nurse picked up something from the ground with her gloves on then proceeded to try to put her hands in my daughters mouth.. I had to tell her to change her gloves... she gave me an attitude like I was the one doing something wrong. Any questions I ever have they look at me like I'm from some other planet. They don't really inform me of what to do as my child gets older either. read more

Do not take your children here !!! The bed side manner is absolutely TERRIBLE !!! It's taken me quite some time to be able to gather my words on how to write this review on what we experienced... I Took my son In who was about 18 months old at the time, for one of his vaccination appointments. I had called in advance to request to get an opinion from a Dr. on the way my sons circumcision was done at birth and how it had healed. Dr . Vicki was his pediatrician at the time and was the one who saw us that day . Without warning or without consent , she tore my sons Fore skin to his penis all the way down and he started screaming and bleeding! Her response was " I didn't expect him to scream like that " .... She TORE him ! No warning , no numbing , nothing !! Shortly after , the nurse came in to give the vaccines and she was completely rude from the moment she walked in ... I then requested one vaccine in each leg ( I had them separated in case of reaction, I would know which one caused it. This was before the combination shots they give now ) and she sighed and gave attitude. . She goes to do the first shot and my son moved , the needle scrapped his leg causing him to bleed again and the nurse screamed at me " look at what you did " I picked my son up and said get the hell away from him and walked out ... one visit and TWO different people caused my son to bleed... We moved to the area from out of state and DV Pediatrics was mentioned as a great office. I loved the idea of it being a small office so that my kids and myself would get to know the doctor and staff. Omg, worst pediatricians office we've ever deslt with. Multiple issues, VERY long wait times! There was one time that after waiting in the patient room for well over an hour with 3 small kids, I got up and walked out. Another time, I brought my 12 year old in for a horrible reaction to poison sumac. It was all over his face, eyes were swelling shut etc. after waiting about an hour, the NP came in a quickly said, "yeah looks like a reaction to something. Come back if it's not better" I'm like, what!? That's why we are here! Completely disregarded his condition, and he was completely miserable. Ended up having to go to an urgent care to get the help he needed. But the FINAL straw was when I brought my 1 year old in for his vaccinations. The nurse came in and asked me if we were going to be doing all the shots, including the MMR. I said yes. She asked again white shaking her head no.. if I was sure I wanted to do the MMR shot. I said yes. She proceeded to tell me how she didn't think it was a good idea and how SO many issues happen when kids receive that particular vaccine, she said if it was her kid, she wouldn't do it..but not to tell the doctor she told me that. Um, what!!?? SO unprofessional and completely out of line. I have never returned and do not recommend going here read more

I wouldn't advise anyone to come here. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people. My son was seen Tuesday because my kids were all exposed to covid they stated they couldn't do a test unless they profited off of it when in the past my insurance covered it 100%. So they tried to check them out from the car. 1 had an ear infection others seemed fine. The doctor stated if they had a fever to bring them back next day fever started at 104.7 for my son. I called stated to do what i was already doing Ibeprophen and tylenol. I called next day after because he was going on 48 hours plus no eating or drinking and got appointment. I was also told he was exposed at daycare to hand,foot and mouth I told them that before making appointment. I get there and call in to check in and they said there is nothing that can be done for Hand foot and mouth. I said i know but I am concerned about dehydration and my son has lost his tubes. She basically said nothing they could do. I was upset we drive 40 minutes to this practice. I then called the practice manager and he basically threatened me and stated be careful what i write on social media and that I needed to take my kids to an urgent care or elsewhere. I am blowed away by this behavior. The girls up front are not doctors, they never even saw my son. How did anyone even know if he really has hand foot mouth it could be something worse. I will say i didn't have any issues with the doctors but for years the front staff has always been an issue and that alone is enough for me to take my kids elsewhere. They talk to me like i am an idiot and they take it upon themselves to play doctor when my childs life is at risk. No thank you! read more
