I recommend asking them to test your printer before you pick it up. In my case, they confirmed…read moretwice that it was ready. I drove all the way from Xcalacoco after waiting two weeks for the repair. When I arrived, the manager again confirmed that it was ready and only needed to provide me with the invoice. Fortunately, I asked them to test it before taking it home, and it turned out it didn't work. When they opened it, they realized nothing had ever been done to it and they hadn't even started the repair.
Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.
