I needed to find somewhere new because of the lack of professionalism I was dealing with from my previous barber. The difference is night and day! City is such a professional, and he actually listens to what you want. He works by appointment only, so you can be sure that he is going to take his time with you and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your haircut. I recommend City to anyone wanting a great haircut, a great conversation, and an overall great experience.

After the haircut, he was visibly disappointed, when he got home, he kept his hoodie on, which told me everything before he even revealed it. The cut he received looked nothing like the model he showed. Instead, it aged him dramatically, it was giving "middle‑aged man," ( Steve Harvey, back in the days) not a fresh, clean style for a teenager starting a new school year. This was a failed execution on Meech's end, and based on this outcome, I would not trust him to replicate a model or requested style. My son now has to begin his school year with a haircut that does not match his age or the look he asked for. High reviews can be misleading, and this experience was not reflective of the rating.

My grandson is autistic. I normally drive to Louisiana to get his haircut because of the report he has with the barber there. Due to the pandemic, I started cutting it myself. I'm a cosmetologist not a barber so I decided to find someone local to service him. He normally doesn't do well with getting a haircut because he doesn't like the vibration of the clippers. I made an appointment online and let them know in advance he was special needs. He got in the chair and Brian engaged him in conversation and they conversed like they have known one another forever. I really appreciate the patience Brian had with him and how he made him feel comfortable. We have found a new barber without us having to travel 7 hours. read more

My husband showed him and the other barbers a picture of the haircut he wanted. He specifically said the number of clipper guide he wanted on the top, the sides. He actually wanted it scissor cut on top but he couldn't get the guy to understand to do that. When the barber was still not doing the correct thing, my husband solicited the help of someone else to explain to the barber what he wanted. He would settle for a 4 on top and a 1 on the sides. He attempted to explain this THREE separate times, using a picture as well. He got a buzz cut all the way around with a guide 1. He was turned away from the mirror and he didn't know. It was the worst haircut ever. He could do that poor cut by himself. It looks terrible and there is no fixing it until it grows out. We will be speaking to many boards now with this terrible cut. We cannot recommend this barber shop at all.
