Everything we had was wonderful. The guacamole and the salsa had a lot of flavor, especially cilantro, which I love! My fajita was huge. I thought maybe they didn't realized I ordered the lunch fajita and brought me a full dinner portion, but, no, it was the lunch portion. My wife enjoyed her taco salad too. The service was very good also. Several staff members stopped to check on us during our visit. Definitely will be coming back here when we are wanting to get our Mexican food fix!

The main focus of this new venture are the tortillas. Sold by the pound and warm you can understand why these are the daily bread of the Mexican diet and I expect will be in great demand. A daily entree is also available for takeout and the day I visited it was Mole with chicken. A deep rich chile based red sauce with slow roasted chicken was very well done and flavorful. The owner told me they will feature a different entree on a rotating daily basis. I'm looking forward to exploring this new addition to Corinth's culinary scene.

The menu choices are pretty standard Mexican fare with a few exceptions. The menu features spaghetti fajitas with traditional fajitas served on a bed of spaghetti with cheese sauce. Somewhat unusual and unconventional Mexican fare but I found it pretty tasty. We tried the tamale which was well prepared but we found the red Mole sauce to be taste somewhat undercooked. We were expecting a deep, rich red sauce to compliment the tamale. By far the best thing we tried were the taco birrias which is a roast beef slow cooked with seasonings and served with a broth for dipping. Service was excellent and their Margaritas are first class.

If you are adventurous as we were, it's a very short drive to this local sight after dinner. As guests of long time Mexican family friends we were in the minority this evening but the food was great, service excellent and very comfortable surroundings. Several specialties on the menu immediately caught our attention: Spaghetti Fajitas served with traditional fajita meat and vegetables with cheese sauce which made a sauce very similar to alfredo with the spaghetti. I loved it. Football Fajitas which was a similar variation on fajitas served on a circular dish over a bed of excellent french fried potatoes. My assumption is the connection to Football is the dish somewhat resembles a soccer ball, known to most of the world as football. Beer is served but no margaritas which is a bummer. I assume the restaurant is located in the county, outside city limits, or some other of Mississippi's peculiar liquor laws may prevent them from serving the most traditional of Mexican food enhancements
