Then, when we were outside, she continue shouting and pushing us with a man who is working also there. We were waiting for the Tiolet and they threaded us like animals. It was really rude and crazy. The pub is amazing and the bar persons aswell! Only the woman and man who did the toilet at the night from 10 to 11 January were very rude and mean. They ruined my evening, because of them I wouldn't go back anymore.

Upon our arrival we were ignored during 20 minutes, needed to signal the staff that we were waiting. We ordered Apfelstrudel (apple cake) with cream. The Apfelstrudel was disgusting. The cream was sour. Old and sour. I can judge on the quality of Apfelstrudel, being Austrian. :) We returned the cakes and were invited to our coffee. A nice gesture, thanks a lot. However, the overall experience was one of not caring for the customer. I have no intention to ever return there. Very disappointing experience.

People are friendly and greet you with a nice "morgen" when you enter. The "gross" coffees are massive! Literally served in a soup bowl Make sure you bring cash though as they do not accept card.
