We found the final invoice had errors: an overcount of truckloads and a gratuity that was calculated based on the entire bill rather than the labor charge. When I documented this and reached out, General Manager Kendall Miller and their VP reviewed the job, coached the crew, and refunded the full disputed amount to the last penny, credited within days. A 5-star review on a transaction with a billing error may seem odd, but mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds to one, and they owned it and made it right without a fight. I'd use them again.
