They have VG/PG juice which is great because pure PG gives me a sore throat. The flavors are not only original but taste believable. English tobacco is my favorite with a woodsy taste that is similar to a European cigarette. It reminds me of being a girl in England smoking lovely cigarettes in night clubs (ah the eighties). They always add a free sample, this time I got Hawaiian tobacco. You can get your juice boosted, meaning extra flavor, and or sweetened. Great job RW! Thank you for the best juice on the market and helping me give up cigarettes for good!

Let me preface this review by stating that I am the biggest NON-smoker on the planet!…read moreMy 24-year-old nephew, on the other hand, is NOT. Haha. Yes, he is into that youthful smoking trend called vaping. At least it is better than cigarettes ... right??? Anyway ... I came here to buy some JUUL pods for my nephew's vaping hobby (habit??) in his favorite flavor - MINT - as a surprise gift for him for Christmas. Unfortunately, they did not have this flavor in stock. However, they offered to order it for me and assured me that it would arrive in just two days. Sweet! I returned to this vaping establishment two days later and, in addition to buying the mint pods, I also bought an entire slew of gag gifts which they have displayed throughout the store in quite an abundance. I may not be into smoking, but I AM into practical jokes! ... haha! Think: Bugs in ice cubes, shocking pens, fake spills of nail polish and white-out, bang-cap wallets, giant cockroaches, and more ... all at very low prices! Most of these gags ranged from just 99 cents to $1.99. Score! I also bought a few Blow Pops here. I am a "SUCKER" for Blow Pops (haha), especially the Sour Apple flavor, and Cherry, too. What can I say? ... This store brought out the kid in me. Located in a "house" on Ellicott Street, RW VAPORS is conveniently situated in the center of Batavia. Hours are also convenient: Mon-Fri 10 - 7 / Sat 10 - 5 / Sun. Closed This NON-smoker will be back to RW VAPORS ... Extremely friendly & helpful service ... a pleasure to deal with.

Disappointed by the lack of accountability and support when I raised a legitimate concern. I won't be returning. Looking at reviews for several local vape shops, it's clear that many of them are small businesses…read morethat aren't exactly run like "tight ships". I would assume this place is no different. However, I think many of the negative reviews you see at various vape shops are likely overdramatized. I've been vaping forever, so I can't relate too much to new people looking for advice. However, to those looking for a place to stock up locally, this place was able to get the job done for me. Simple transaction: I call ahead asking if they have Horizon Falcon M1+ coils. Guy says yes. I show up 20ish minutes later. I would've bought 10 boxes, but they only had 4. No biggie! I ask to take all 4, and ask if they happen to have Aspire Breeze NXT coils. Despite those being tough to find recently, they DID have 3 boxes. I take all of those as well. Dude was friendly... said "Glad we could help you out with these. Sorry we didn't have more." I say "No worries, I'll just do the same thing and call ahead next time I need to restock." Again, simple. Was it as cheap as the online vendors I used to purchase from? No. Was I expecting it to be? No. Was I expecting a small independent shop to carry a buttload of one specific coil? I had some hope, but no I'm not surprised they only kept a few boxes of my favorite crap around. Frankly, I'm just glad someone keeps a decent supply on hand so that I didn't have to run all the way down to my last coil, and I didn't have to drive to the other side of the city either. After calling 2 other west side shops and hearing them explain how they didn't have squat in stock, I'd call THIS transaction a success. I'll be hitting them up in a few months to hopefully re-stock to a larger degree next time. No theatrics, no drama.
