Lucy was amazing! I called her the day of as I flew in from the US and was looking for a clean and professional wax facility since I didn't have time prior to my trip. She was very professional and kind and was able to take both me and my friend for two Brazilians and full legs wax. I was in need of a bikini wax and thankfully my sister found this place! Very please of the service I received. Lucy is very gentle, sweet, and so understanding not leaving behind how great her wax is. Not painful at all! And we all know how scary it can be, it never gets easier than the previous times until you come here.. I recommend her, and we will continue to use her services every time we vacationing. I usually only go to my favorite aesthetician here in the states but she couldn't fit me in before my Mexico trip. I decided to go on yelp and search high and low for a place I can trust in guadalajara and I came across this place. I quickly called and booked an appointment and Lucy kindly answered and gave me an appointment even though she was remodeling her business. I easily arrived to her house and she kindly greeted me and her process was a little different than I am used to but wow. It was so quick and painless and she conversed with me and made me feel really comfortable. she did an AMAZING job she took care of my ingrowns and overall did a spotless job! sooo glad I came across this place I've had nothing but a great experience and would highly recommend their services :) can't wait to be back!
