He visited the house within a couple of hours of the phone call and took away some old furniture which I wanted to sell after giving me an idea of what they would be likely to fetch at auction. He then put the different pieces into the relevant auctions, and they achieved very good prices. He then sent me a cheque for the full amount (less 10% commission, which seems the norm). If you're anywhere near, or in, Devon, and need to sell something, this is your man!

Greg and Sharon were very appraochable and knowledgable about the market and the type of property we had to sell. They were re-assuring when they needed to be and communicated extremely well with ourselves at all times; responding really quickly to those niggly details that need to get resolved before and during the sale. We appreciated their calmness, professionalism, realism and especially their local knowledge. They would go the extra mile - no really - and ensured that all parties had the information about the property that they needed. Sharon and Greg were so easy to work with and this left us with a confident feeling about the process and great result for all concerned. They clearly love the Lynton and Lynmouth area and have that passion for buildings and people too.
