I have trained with Leigh for nearly 2 years now and was introduced to him when I did his boot camp class. I attended this boot camp a few months after I moved to London from Melbourne Australia at my gym. I had been doing my own training and some group classes but felt my training was lacking something until I attended this boot camp. After this I decided to have a fitness assessment and I knew straight away he was going to be the right trainer for me as he made me feel at ease and had a lot of knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness. While training with Leigh I have felt challenged in my training and have made great progress. I have prepared and run in both a 5km and half marathon where Leigh helped prepare me by doing a lot of endurance training, which helped me, stay on track and I broke my personal bests. Leigh most recently has helped me increase my strength and am capable of doing many dips, pull ups, press ups, lunges and squats and have seen a dramatic change in the way my body looks for the better. My training with Leigh has made many positive changes to all aspects of my life. I have become more confident and believe I can achieve anything I truly want.
