Due to Covid restrictions, Willow aren't currently allowed to serve any drinks or snacks, but they allow guests to bring their own treats to enjoy. The management coordinated with me to provide a mani/pedi for the ladies and to call me for payment so the birthday girls didn't have to worry about payment at all. At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it. The only thing that didn't go great is that the specific nail treatment didn't last as well as expected, but the management made it right. They gave Ally a free touch up and shellack and they reimbursed me for Emily's mani. I will gladly use them again.

I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). Unfortunately, he was taken advantage of. The entire process, from when he walked in to when we saw him standing outside on the sidewalk, lasted only 15 minutes. They put his feet in water, trimmed his nails, drained the water, charged him almost $50, and sent him on his way. Being the kind-hearted man he is, he simply paid and tipped, then left. My mother went in to speak with them, but they ignored her and showed no compassion. It was clear that they only cared about getting the money. I'm appalled and want to ensure that no more elderly people are taken advantage of in this way.
