Teresa was my stylist, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and also said keep it a little longer and I will tell you if I want it shorter, I am unable to wear my glasses while getting my hair cut, so I couldn't see how much she was taking off. When she was finished I looked like my dad, she cut it so short, I told the owner how horrible it was and she asked if I wanted someone to fix it I told her I have no hair left and the stylist had the audacity to walk up to me expecting a tip. I unfortunately didn't get her name, but the hairstylist was soooo fast, with the amount of hair I had it only took like 35-45 minutes. The only thing that I say is to try to talk to your hairstylist, I speak Spanish but not fluently, so I was too shy to talk lol! But overall I totally recommend this for a quick and very affordable haircut!
