The bus arrived on time, and was clean and ready to go. Our driver, Bob, was fantastic! He helped each of us in and out of the bus at each stop. There was an issue before the trip with the bus I originally booked. However, another (larger) bus was offered to me for the same price along with 2 complimentary bottles of champagne for the inconvenience. The only caution I would give is to be sure to book a larger bus than you think you need. There were 18 women in my group and we fit comfortably on the 28-30 passenger bus. We had a few coolers and food and the space ended up being just right. I will continue to use PartyBus Detroit for my special events and would recommend it to anyone else!
