There is plenty of parking with a huge car parking area behind the shop. When it's buy though it can still be rather difficult to get a space to park. New look is a fair size, with a large variety of stock in all sizes and for all age groups. They have fashionable clothing that keeps up to date with latest trends and fashions. They have shoes and accessories, jewellery and other little nick nacks. I personally love this shop as it has plus size clothing which is trendy and makes you feel sexy. They certainly don't make you feel or look frumpy. Granted some of the prices can be a little expensive but it is usually very reasonable, and when the sales come along you can pick clothing up for as little as £1, being reduced from say £30. There is only a little section for plus size clothing, but they have a fair selection to choose from, at least they have a section, most of the other new looks i've been to don't bother and just have for petite sizes. changing rooms are available to check out just hwo sexy you look before you buy the clothing. This shop is fantastic, and the staff are excellent, they are always willing to help.

Prices are cheap but the quality of the shoes is good. The shop is spacious and well laid with little seats at the end of each aisle for customers to sit and try on shoes at their leasure. You never feel pushed or rushed in this shop, and the staff are always very helpful. The only downfall I have of the shop is that some shoes are up very high and being a shorty, I always find it hard to get to them and end up being so annoyed I just leave them. But apart from that it is an excellent little shop, especially with the bargain section, it's huge, and with such cheap prices, I just feel I'm in heaven when i'm in there.

The sales staff are very helpful and friendly. It's not usually very busy so you do get served pretty quickly. They also have a small range of handbags.

But unless I know that I DEFINITELY want the shoes I'm ordering, I will not be ordering from them again. It would be great if returns were somehow more reasonable.

They have some nice outdoor shoes too if you are the outdoors type. They also sell one of my favourite ranges of handbags- Radley. However they are pretty expensive although that is the handbag range not the shop in general. The staff are few but very friendly and helpful when trying on shoes.
