Owner decently friendly, seems like a genuine guy. EDIT: after washing my car after the detail, I noticed the scratches I asked him to remove had no difference in them. He told me some scratches were deep and needed more than a 1-step paint correction process, which I completely understood, but the car scratches had no change at all in them. The scratched were the entire reason for the visit and I'm disappointed for 240$

I have a 5 year old who loves to eat in my car and a dog thus my interior can get dirty. Franco responded to my inquiry within a day and he gave me an estimate,I agreed and he scheduled me right away from his busy schedule. They arrived on time, there were two of them. He told me it would take 3 hours. Mind you, the last company who detailed my car probably took about 2 hours or less. After 3 hours, my car looks spankin' brand new. The exterior and the interior was thoroughly cleaned, waxed and vacuumed. And he charged me $30 less than the estimate! I will never go elsewhere! Franco is the guy!

Justin was the ultimate professional and made my car look like I just drove it off the brand new car lot. It is BEAUTIFUL. I think he is a magician because I don't know how he got it so clean. I had to do before and after photos because his work is just too good. This is special to me because I have diligently taken care of my late grandma's car (which was her dream color and car) and knew it needed to be refreshed since I chauffeur my GSD to all her (our) adventures. Driving it after the interior detail takes me back to 2019 when I would drive my Nana everywhere, and eventually to the hospital. This makes me so happy that Justin could bring it back after so long. Thank you so so much Justin and to your team!! I will be back if I need someone to care about my car as much as I do. This was well worth the price and will be looking into further work here first :)

I submitted an "incident report" on June 16th to the management, but never heard back from anyone. Still waiting... Update: I received a call back from Stacey. She was defensive and argumentative about the condition of my 2017 Outback, claiming that they have photos/video to dispute my experience at their car wash. I know the condition of my car upon arrival and departure; I don't need to review grainy video/pictures and waste more time debating with an uncooperative business. Bottom line: They will accept no responsibility and are not willing to professionally address the damage. Not recommended.

He somehow managed to get years of coffee stains, pet hair, chocolate stains from my kids, grime and scuff marks from my daughters soccer team cleats, ALL GONE. The dash and console were immaculate.
