Visited this place last night after arriving in Plaza Mayor. At first glance, I was quite…read moreimpressed. The decor was on point. The atmosphere seemed great. Then the service happened. OMG! How can you ignore a patron that much. We honestly thought the server just disliked us. And, before anyone assumes the "they hate Americans" excuse, we're all fluent in Spanish. There was no communication issue.
Finally, we ordered. They brought bread. Stale bread. Then the server poured the oil, but in two dips, it was gone there was so little. Couldn't get salt and pepper for the oil. Drinks were great tasting, but took forever to receive.
The food comes. Worst paella I have ever eaten. I was starving, so I did, but it was just terrible.
I wanted to like this place, but thumbs down.
