This company is making its money by scamming people with deceptive pictures. I ordered online a "Bar Trolley" that looked beautiful on the only picture that was online for more than 1000(!) Euro. I was asking for more pictures but I was told that it wasn't possible. I should have been suspicious back then already. But still I ordered the trolley because of course you don't expect to be deceived. I cannot put into words how the "precious vintage piece" arrived. I will attach some photos so you can see for yourself. The packaging (if you can even call it that) was completely damaged and OPEN. When I unpacked the trolley from the destroyed material, I first discovered that it was COVERED in dust and dirt (please see attached pictures). However I thought: ok then I'll clean it myself. After the first shock another shock followed: The so called trolley was completely crooked and unstable. You couldn't even place a bottle on it. Again please look at the attached pictures. It was winky, rocky and unsteady. I was very sad because I was really looking forward to this piece after paying so much money for it. With a heavy heart I wrote a nice Email explaining the condition of the trolley and that I would like to return it and get my money back. I was told to SEE A PROFESSIONAL WHO COULD REPAIR THE TROLLEY. At this point I couldn't even believe what I was reading??? SEE A PROFESSIONAL? AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND (!) EUROS????? But still I reacted kindly and replied that "no, I would still like to return it" and asked them to please be a bit more understanding and professional (I attached the whole Email conversation so you can see for yourself.) After a lot of arguing and both sides getting angrier, I decided to send it back on my own cost with a transportation company for more than 150 euros. I just wanted my money back and make a regular return which is COMMON LAW in the European union. They did not tell me that it arrived, no message, nothing. Only after having my assistant write something in french they responded saying "yes its here but you broke it"?????? I am writing all of this to clarify how impudent all of this is. They sent me a broken piece of furniture and are blaming ME now. So she called them to tried to find a solution to the problem in french, they SCREAMED at her, told her to never call again and HUNG UP on her while she was still talking. This company is: extremely unprofessional, treats its customers poorly, HORRIBLE communications and not willing to help at ANY cost. They are SCAMMING people to buy their so called vintage pieces by selling lies without any accountability. PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!!
