I got no reply from Pete so I called, left voice and text messages several times. When Pete finally did answer his phone today, the day before the move, and I said lets sync up on details, especially arrival time Pete informed me he had gotten too busy and he has decided he was not going to do the job he agreed with me to do. When I asked at what point did he intend to let me know, he just apologized. Pete's apology does not change that fact that I am in a bind now because of him. No communication from this guy, until he finally answered his phone one day prior to the agreed move date. Pete has left me with a big problem. Pete knew I traveled from out-of-state to be available for this move and Pete didn't have the decency to at least let me know he was going skip out like that. Also of note, Pete does not answer his phone with "Northside Moving" or similar, just "hello". In retrospect, the signs were there; I just didn't read them correctly. I hope you don't make the same mistake or reward this type of business practice/customer service.

They have given us the run a round and basically done nothing. We moved all his furniture into his bedroom and kitchen, and we waited, and waited, and are still waiting. When we ask about when the job will be done, we get "SOON". It has been over 4 months and we are losing our patience. I think they are taking advantage of him because he is disabled and is in a wheelchair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER !!!
