More Details: I contacted Leo (owner) of Jordan Painting to repaint my 3,000 sqft, 3 floor house that I recently purchased but haven't moved in yet. Leo was professional, responsive and showed up for our initial walkthrough on time on a Tuesday to discuss what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable and his crew began work the very next day on a Wednesday. Because we had movers scheduled for that following Monday. Leo and his crew rose up to the challenge and worked from 8 in the morning until 11pm at night and finished what should've been a 1 week job in 3 days time without additional cost. Afterwards certain parts of within my walls had issues where the nail head in my sheetrock was loose creating "nail pops" against the paint. Leo himself came out, drilled open holes and moved the nails and repainted and refinished all the bad sections again over a 2 day period. Excellent follow up in resolving an issue that was not his to begin with. My walls look excellent now. Because of his high quality work as well as responsibility and ownership I immediately hired him as well to refinish and restain my outdoor deck. His crew showed up early and got it all done to perfection. I cannot highly recommend Jordan Painting enough.

I had an excellent experience with A&S Quality Painting and would highly recommend them. From start…read moreto finish, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. That level of follow-up and care really stands out--the job was already done, but they still came back without hesitation to make it right and stand by their work. Would definitely recommend.

Structural work left half the house partially primed, the rest of the house was a horrible gold color, with dings, holes, cracks everywhere. I hoped that Franco would be able to clean it up a bit, in addition to a fresh coat of paint, but oh my god the amount of prep work his team did. One full day of prep, they got every ding, hole, crack, even repaired a ceiling crack. I almost cried seeing how much thought and detail went into his work. I couldn't imagine taking on the project myself, and I'm so grateful that I found MPP. Franco's communication throughout the job was excellent, he was super clean, organized, did not leave one speck of paint behind. Ceiling, trim, walls. Franco is worth his weight in gold. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. I only wish I had more rooms that needed to be painted!
