Their driver pumped around some roots on one side, charging me $450 for an incomplete job. Plus $50 extra for a charge (pushing roots out of his way) that wasn't even a thing they charge for (I did get that back). I understand the roots are my issue and not a service they offer but being in the septic business for 20 yrs as this person (owner) so defensively put it when I asked the question concerning my septic being only partially emptied, why would they not recommend I call someone that can meet my entire needs so that it could be done properly the first time?? Instead they took my money without batting an eye! Insisting to me (from the mouth of the owner) that only one side has to be opened and emptied! I do not recommend them because if your ignorant of unknown and unexpected septic tank issues like I was at the start of this ordeal then they will not do what's right and they will take your money anyway. This has gotten expensive due to other issues in my plumbing and I will still need to find a company that can remove the roots and finishing pumping out the waste properly. To your office personnel Timothy- your a gem! Your the only one who apologized and was professional thanks Timothy and you deserve to work for better people!!

Now the truck we had moved everything in the house that was left a truck full. I'm not happy about the moving company I think they took advantage of her and they also broke some items. I know her situation there is no way she paid that much to only have two beds, deep freezer, two couches, and a entertainment shelf moved when she paid them to move her house. Then to lie and say she would have to get someone else to move her is sad. She took out a loan to get an hour of nothing moved. We are pissed at the company and the way they tried to settle this situation. Talk to her we were told we was talking to her and you at the same time do not use this company if you are not use to using moving company's bad customer service
