I don't recommend D&D. They are horrible, cost me 275$ for 2 days in their inpou d and they lost my key fob.

My mom's transmission went out right after she had surgery and we had a difficult time getting a tow truck to help out until someone suggested D&D Towing. The guys from D & D Towing were such a HUGE help to us this past weekend. We pulled off the interstate for a quick fuel stop and bathroom break on our way to Conway Arkansas for a very special family event. We were about four and a half hours away from our destination and we had about seven hours until we had to be there. Well, when we all piled back into our van to get back on the road, the engine wouldn't turn over. We tried using jumper cables with a local sheriff's help, but we were fairly certain this was NOT a battery issue. The sheriff suggested we call D&D Towing. We are SO glad we did. These guys were AWESOME. First, two of them spent more than an hour trying to repair our problem right there at the gas station. They knew we needed to get back on the road so we wouldn't miss our special evening. However, we all finally gave up on a quick fix. They suggested we use a local Mechanic (Heartland Auto Repair), who btw, went above and beyond to give us great service at an awesome price. Here is what made me want to give the guys from D&D lots of accolades for their service. Once we realized they were not going to be able to get us running again, we started looking for other forms of transportation from Fredericktown to Conway. There are no rental car offices in Fredericktown. It gets worse....Out of all of the rental companies anywhere around, no one had a car available. We finally found a vehicle 21 miles away. D & D towing were willing to work on our van to try to get us on the road quickly for more than an hour. Then they were willing to tow us to the mechanics AND drive my husband back to the McDonald's to drop him off where I and the kids were. Another D & D employee was willing to drive my father-in-law, who was traveling with us, the 21 miles so that he could pick up a rental car for us. Of course, being from out of town, knowing no one at all, we just knew that the bill was gonna be large. Hours time for two employees, towing, driving twenty one miles two ways to help us get a rental car, running my husband around town so that I and the kids could sit safely in a McDonalds. Of course the bill was gonna be large, but it was worth it right? Well here is the thing, the bill wasn't large. It wasn't inflated at all. If anything, these guys didn't charge enough. We are from a small town, but we have lived in large cities and you just can't beat the friendly, wonderful, honest small town Americans who are willing to help a stranger out. Thank you so much D&D for making what was an awful situation easier to deal with. We made it to our event only about 10 minutes late and were able to be there for what was the most important part of the ceremony. Awful. They took my car to their place without approval, I only wanted it to go less than half a mile, to my uncle's house. But, instead, they took my car all the way back to town (7 miles) and charged me to bring it back where I wanted it in the first place. read more
