First off, the staff was friendly but watch out and don't let them fool you with the loan like I…read morelet them do. I looked online with Cars.com and found a 2025 Bronco Sport Bend that was priced at $27,617, and it was only supposed to have a few miles on it, but when I got to the dealership, there was over 5000 miles on it. I shopped around and found another one that I wanted but it was more money, so I had to settle for the one above. When the financial agent wrote up the loan, he didn't put the price above on the cash price; he put $33,980 and took off a $4000 rebate which still didn't bring the price down to what was listed. When I asked I got a stupid answer so in my ignorance I signed the paperwork without further questioning so in a way it was my fault I got screwed. I feel like they should have tried more banks to get me a better rate and get my taxes and license included in the loan. I just feel like after me driving that far I should have gotten the price that was listed online and then get the rebate off that price. I also feel like they should have tried different finance options other than Ford Credit. I should have went through the place where I found the price, Car.com. They pre-approve me for a loan other than Ford Credit and the payments probably would have been cheaper and they were supposed to include the taxes and license in the loan. Don't be stupid like me. You need to question the paperwork before signing to make sure things are correct and if not get a clear answer as to why.

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR VEHICLE! The service dept was dishonest about charges and my bill ended uo 3…read morex more than expected! Not to mention poor customer service after being hosed. I went to pick up car, was handed keys, and sent out without anyone even mentioning where I could find my car. I went back in and asked and was told with uncertainty that it was somewhere between the two buildings. No one offered to even bring car to the front for us so me and my toddler relied on the panic function of my remote to help us find the vehicle in the rain. I guess the days of elite customer service from dealers are gone. BUYER BEWARE
