He handled everything over the phone for me, as I'm out of state, to bond my brother out in Gulfport. He assured me that everything would be handled in a timely and professional manner. After the case was dismissed, he handled the paperwork in an expedient and efficient manner to ensure that the collateral amount was immediately refunded. I would recommend Aman Bail Bonds to anyone who needs a bondsman - especially if you're looking for professionalism and efficiency. Jarrod and Aman - THANKS SO MUCH FOR CARING. The very next day, he surrendered the previous bonds, without telling me, despite having been paid quite a bit on them as well. When I reached out to request a refund, as he kept money for a bond he didn't write, out of spite, (he wanted the bigger bond but didn't want to show up) which would have been the decent thing to do, he was extremely unprofessional, condescending and dismissive. I was left feeling frustrated, deceived and cheated. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity, honesty, and customer service. I would not recommend Aww Shucks to anyone seeking reliable, bond services. Pick someone else. This guy is a FRAUD, and will use any excuse to keep your money, including lying and making things up. Because the 2 rugs order from Amazon was on 1 order, only 1 return label was issued. So the attendant was huffy. I understood the issue and suggested we take them together. "Well, that'll be a lot of trouble." Are you serious? Wow! Then he said, I'll have to charge you $10 to tape them together. I was shocked and quickly livid! I said no thank you. I'll tape them together myself. And said that is the worst customer service EVER! I have an ecommerce store and ship stuff all the time. USPS, UPS, etc. has never treated me or anyone like that. Worst customer service ever. So, I loaded my stuff back up and will NEVER darken this locations door again. If I didn't have to use UPS, I'd never use them again.

What they sell you at Walmart is better than the lack of care Redd Pest shows. They aren't doing the bare minimum to correct the not only ineptitude of the technician but the blatant contractual obligations. Coming at 5:00am unannounced on an unscheduled day on two different occasions to a residence when the household is sleeping and can't let in for interior service obligations would tell any customer that they don't care about the needs of the customer especially when the customer specifically asked for interior service.
