Leon, my contractor, was very easy going and friendly and when I had a problem with locking my door he came back to fix it w/no problems. Dan and Leon are great and they really care about your satisfaction as a customer. They will not let the sun go down if something is not right and you are not completely satisfied. I know it was an extremely long day for Leon as it was for me, as he shifted his work to accommodate carpet cleaners, movers, air vent and dyer duct contractors and even stop to give attention to my 10 year old yorkie poo. They sent Noel to inspect our chimney and fireplace and got us a quote very fast on a big project that involved re-lining two flues, power washing and brick pointing our chimney, replacing our chimney crown and chimney caps, installing a new damper, and repointing brick in our firebox. We liked their work so much we asked them to also do masonry work on our porch, replacing cracked bricks and brick-pointing where a previous contractor had done a poor job. For the last three years that company never reached out to us for updated inspections or service. We contacted Kenny Morales of Genesis Chimney Services, and we are very pleased that we did. Upon Kenny's inspection, he showed us and provided a report on our safety feature functions as well as how the original installation was not done correctly. Kenny corrected the issue which fortunately had not lead to any mishaps. When the fireplace was reassembled it now glows like a brand new unit. Before Kenny's visit, we had a large flame on one side of the fireplace but now the flame is balanced and beautiful. Thank you Kenny!
