So they canceled my rental and left me and my wife to unload several tons of material by hand and put us one and a half days behind. Not helpful, not flexible, not using them or even calling again.

They kept coming out and for more money would say they now fixed it. it kept leaking. They said it would stop now it was "fixed." Finally we called other roofing companies who ALL confirmed the plywood and shingles were rotting and had to be replaced. One actually pulled handfuls of rotting material from the roof to show us. They also showed pictures of our roof with ridiculous tar patches that did nothing. The company we hired replaced the damaged section in one day. The Testons talked fast and the elderly owner talked about Jesus and grief to gain trust. I am sorry we gave him the opportunity to lie to us over and over. I am sure he enjoyed spending our money.

The seat and back foam insert cushions began to lose their shape. I contacted the store with photos and a rep. was sent over who agreed the chair should not be doing that. Later that month, he and a "specialist" came and said the back of the chair was a different type of pleating that could be adjusted and that the cushions were indeed failing. Two weeks later, I called the manager to ask what was happening and was told, "Nothing!" that I had an animal and that the time to return the chair had long past. She was extremely rude! I discovered later that my chair had been on their sales floor for about two years. I paid full price less 10% discount. I said I would have to file a Charge back and she said she would fight it and hung up on me! Later I received a gift card to a restaurant, I would much rather have had my chair repaired. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind what they sell! Horrible experience with the manager.

The crew took the time to say "Hello" to them, give a little love, and to let the boys know that they were friends. To some people, that wouldn't seem like much, but to me, it speaks to the character of the folks who are at my home. I couldn't be more pleased!
